Meet our Teachers
Kelli St.Germain

Mrs. St.Germain was born in Vietnam and came to America in 1975. She was adopted and grew up in Rochester, NY. She graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, MO with a BS in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She is certified in ELL ( English Language Learner) plus a MA License. Kelli has lived in many places, Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Rochester, NY, Granby, MA, Springfield, MO, Kansas City, MO, and Arlington, VA. She moved to Hopedale, MA in 1997. Hopedale is the longest place that she has ever lived. Kelli has completed a full circle of teaching in the past 20 years of her teaching career. She started off working with young children through the YMCA, taught early childhood back in the early 1990’s, moved to elementary grades. She stayed home to raised her two boys, now in high school, went back to early childhood, moved into middle and high school to be an ELL teacher. Mrs. St. Germain is fulfilling one of her dreams when she first decided to go into education, that was to run a preschool. Her dream came true when Little Lambs offered her the position as a Director. She is so excited to be apart of this school and is looking forward to seeing and experiencing what God has in store for Little Lambs the next 25 years. Mrs. St.Germain and her family are members at New England Chapel in Franklin.
Brenda Kelly
Lead Teacher

Mrs. Kelly has been teaching for over 20 years. She loves working with children and has always felt called to teaching. She has taught preschool through 1st grade, but teaching pre-schoolers is her favorite. She loves their energy, excitement, and eagerness to learn and discover new things! Mrs. Kelly lives in Franklin with her husband, They attend Emmanuel Baptist Church in Norfolk. They have three grown children. She adores spending time with her 2 adorable grandsons.

Laura Carlow
Lead Teacher

Mrs. Carlow joined Little Lambs four years ago in 2014 as an assistant. This year she is excited to take on a new role as a Lead Teacher. She graduated from Millis High School and then went on to graduate from Framingham State College with a Bachelor of Science in Education. Mrs. Carlow received her Massachusetts License to teach K-1 and Lead Teacher for preschool. Prior to joining Little Lambs, she was a lead teacher for preschoolers ages three through five. She taught in a private Kindergarten and an after-school program for Kindergarten through first grade for a span of nine years. After her husband and she had their first son she became a stay at home mom. She nannied for two years until our family grew by two more (twins). After staying home to raise our children for nine years, she was eager to return to teaching preschool children! Mrs. Carlow has been attending Medway Community Church for eight years and has been a member for four. She loves teaching preschoolers because they are so eager to learn! She feels she has the wonderful opportunity at Little Lambs to teach about many exciting themes and the wonderful world God has created for us all. When Mrs. Carlow is not teaching her husband and she can often be found on a baseball field or basketball court cheering for their three children.
Missy Soule
Assistant Teacher

Melissa “Missy” Soule has been serving at Little Lambs since 2005 as an Assistant teacher and most recently in administrative capacities. She graduated from Connecticut College with Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology-based Human Relations and Child Development. She has continued her Early Childhood Education through Mass Bay Community College and SNHU. Spent a number of years following graduation in the banking industry before ultimately making the shift to early childhood education. She loves working at Little Lambs because she loves children, the mission of the program, faith-based curriculum, and the opportunity to be creative at work. She and her husband, Pete, reside in Medway and have been longtime members of Medway Community Church. They have three grown children, two of whom are “brilliant” Little Lambs alumni.

Bekah Ahern
Assistant Teacher

After growing up in Arlington, Massachusetts and attending Lexington Christian Academy Mrs. Ahern moved to Pennsylvania to attend college. She earned her Bachelor’s of Art degree in Elementary Education from Eastern University and a Certificate in Special Education from Immaculata University. She has held many different positions in the field of education since earning her degree. While living in Pennsylvania she has taught second grade, middle school language arts, and Pre-K. Since moving to Walpole in 2015 she has obtained her EEC Lead Teacher Certification and has held a preschool teacher position in Dover. She is very excited to join the staff at Little Lambs. When Mrs. Ahern is not teaching she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband and three daughters. They also enjoy worshipping together at Medway Community Church where they are members.
